this hotel met required needs, we couldn't recommend more to others. we stayed 1 night and it was a pleasant fit. had central location on the council.

My room was quiet and bright. the location was good, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a Catholic church. - It was close to the town centre, the delightful main square of Wiener Neustadt, and several bars and cafes nearby. - I appreciated the hotel overall.

It was agood location to have as a startingh point to veiw city

It was central to the shops and where I wanted to go. It was friendly and although I could not speak German or Austrian most of the staff's English was very good. It was very clean and welcoming.

The only thing we are used to and it did not have was tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

The hotel's central location near the railway station is convenient for visiting Vienna. I greatly enjoyed the croissants and yogurt for breakfast. - Everyone on the staff was very friendly, making the stay pleasant.

An all round well run hotel, an excellent stay has usual.

on a weekend it can be a bit loud outside, due to being on the main square.

We were upgraded to an extremely spacious room with a great view. the location is lovely and magnificent with fast frequent trains.

Hotel is o.k. price/performance is o.k. The main advantage is location in city center.

It was quaint and fairly clean hotel, exactly as described, with very friendly staff and unbeatable location on Wiener Neustadt's central square. The food was savoury and included croissants and yoghourt. The public parking was nearby, good service. Location: the venue was just off restaurants and the bus line, Wiener Neustadt and the fast frequent trains.

Our stay at Hotel Zentral exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely balcony with a view of a historic building. The hotel's location in the pedestrianized market square was extremely convenient, and the staff, especially the friendly lady at reception, made us feel welcome and well taken care of.

As for breakfast delights, the only improvement I would suggest is to have more variety in the hot options. Cold scrambled eggs were the best option available.

Central location. Reasonable breakfast selection and represented good value for money.

Seemed "tired" and in need of refurbishment. The air conditioning did not work so the bedroom was very hot. (This appeared to affect the whole hotel and not just my room) The staff did provide a fan which was only of limited benefit in view of the high outside temperatures.

We were pleasantly surprised by the central location and spacious family room at Hotel Zentral. The kitchenette was a great addition for our longer stay. The rooftop terrace was a nice bonus too. Despite a few minor issues, the friendly staff made our visit enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and comfortable accommodations.
